New consultant joins Ashtons Franchise Consulting

Ashtons Franchise Consulting (AFC) has expanded and strengthened its team with the appointment of franchise consultant Rob Hall. 

Rob Hall joins Ashtons Franchise ConsultingSince 2016, Rob has worked with global franchise brands as a performance coach working directly with franchisees to help them establish their business and to support their strategic growth. Previous to that, Rob worked with a wide variety of SME business owners through his career in the banking industry, reaching senior levels in leadership and strategic roles.

Rob has broad experience in supporting business growth, change management, leadership training and sales management and uses this to help clients develop their franchising plans, from the early stages of building the franchise model, to implementation and right through to ensuring the franchisees recruited get off to a strong start. He will work with franchise clients from all over the UK and internationally.

Rob says: “My career experiences have enabled me to gain extensive commercial knowledge and the ability to coach, develop and inspire individuals to reach their true potential. My approach is action-oriented and results-focused, and I am really looking forward to working with Ashtons Franchise Consulting and their varied clients.”
